Join Melissa for two hours of energy healing. We’ll begin by tuning in with a grounding exercise which leads us towards movement. Gentle stretches will blossom into dancing, as we release stagnant energy and celebrate all that is, was and will be. Once our energy has been lifted, we settle back into restorative asanas while we absorb the vibration of healing with the Healing Angels of the Energy Field offering hands on healing. You will be safely supported while you experience whatever it is you need from this unique combination of healing techniques.
