Chakras for Teens: You and your grounded, creative, caring, thoughtful, connected energy!

 This gathering is for young adults (12-19years old) who are interested in understanding the energies that flow in our bodies called chakras.

 You will learn about your 7 primary chakras: where they are located, their colors, meanings, symbols & sounds and how they connect with your body, mind and spirit.

Clear and balanced energies help us to function at our best!

 We will discuss why clear and balanced energy connections are helpful in our everyday lives. We will teach you how to clear & balance your chakras and together we will practice clearing and balancing our energies.   

There will be time for discussions and your questions as we work together.

You will receive a chakra chart and your choice of a grounding pocket stone to take home.
