Sound Healing with Joe Hayes: Come Back to Serenity

This is a masks required outdoors event on the grounds of the ball field on Shepard Memorial Drive, Essex,MA

Sound vibration is a powerful tool to help recalibrate the body, mind and spirit.

Come join us as Joe Hayes creates a ceremony and ritual, offering sacred sound as a means to connect with one's self on an intimate and personal level. Gentle guidance through meditation invites relaxation - turning inward, expanding outward. Joe builds a temple of therapeutic sound and tone in this group sound healing practice. Be bathed in sacred chant, guided imagery, the didgeridoo, the shruti box, and a full complement of quartz, fusion, and Tibetan sound bowls.

It is time to return to serenity! It’s a beautiful time to honor how far you’ve come and return to balance and presence before continuing onward in the journey through life.

Bring your own chair, a blanket/cushion for your comfort and please dress appropriately to be outside.

There are no bathroom facilities at this outdoor venue. We will have the bathroom open at True North Wellness before & after the event. The event site is a short distance from the wellness center. There is plenty of parking on site. We will be setting up on a grassy playing field overlooking the river/marsh. Dress accordingly, please!
