As the Dog Days of Summer begin to turn into the Majesty of September, with new beginnings, still warm days, but cooler nights, we begin to think about what lies ahead: some endings, some beginnings, and the only thing constant in life: change. Come join us for journey into release, stillness, and profound relaxation via exquisite sound and tone, as Sound Therapist Joe Hayes returns to True North, with his 90-minute Sound Healing experience. Sit back in the provided cushioned chair and be bathed in spoken word, sacred chant, the didgeridoo, the water drum, and a full complement of fusion, quartz, and Tibetan sound bowls.
