Tuning in: Opening to Guidance from Your Higher Self, Your Soul & Spirit with Kathryn Girard (an online event)

As you navigate living on this difficult complicated planet, it’s easy to forget that the help you need is within and around you.  The beauty and grace of your own soul, the wisdom of your Higher Self, and the spirit beings here to assist you in your life’s journey await your call.  You can learn to channel their help.

Listening to the wisdom of your soul, your Higher Self or a spirit guide is about becoming quiet and focusing your attention.  Listening is a skill you already have.  Learning how to tune in to the different energies available to you is the focus of this introductory course.

In this set of classes, you will be guided in attuning to the energies of your soul, your Higher Self, and a guide in spirit .  You will learn to clear and align energies, enter a relaxed and deep state of openness, and raise your awareness of the pathways for communication.  Structured activities will provide opportunities to practice receiving and writing messages from your Higher Self and guide, sending healing energies and receiving healing energies. 

There is great joy in expanding into connection with your greater self and in opening to  the abundant love and support that is your birthright. 

 Kathryn Girard

Kathryn studied channeling with Roslyn Bruyere at the Healing Light Center in Glendale CA and has been channeling since 1987. Initially Kathryn worked primarily with Kuan Yin in teaching workshops on healing, leading groups in spiritual development, and providing private readings for those who asked. Over the decades she has channeled many teachers who have guided her personal and spiritual development and assisted her in helping others to open to their deeper potential within.

Following her retirement as a high-level executive in education and the arts, Kathryn focuses on writing, teaching, and channeling with Kuan Yin, Melchizedek, Makel, The Peacekeepers (a group of extraplanetary beings here to support Ascension energies) and The Ansari (a group helping those ready to take a major step in their spiritual development).
