Having moved to Essex, MA in 2015 from Nashville, TN, I set out on a journey to reinvent myself, drawing from a varied list of work and life experiences ranging from automotive manufacturing, Radiologic Technology and Patient Services Representative.

I've always known that I had more to offer and decided to attend Spa Tech Institute in Ipswich, MA for Holistic Massage Therapy where I graduated in June 2017 as a Licensed Holistic Massage Therapist. I am so excited to be working in this field and to be part of the True North Wellness team helping people to relax and heal. The one thing I have learned throughout my years of employment is that I truly love helping people. This new chapter in my life will allow me to do just that. Help people to relax and heal, physically, emotionally, and energetically. 

My list of services include Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hydrotherapy, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, and Polarity Therapy.  

When I'm not working, I enjoy several different hobbies and interests including reading, kayaking, antiquing gardening and caring for our two cats and dog.
